Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account". This is permanent and deletes all your sessions, events, goals, and profile data within 24 hours.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email legal@ceomind.devfrom the address attached to your account, and we'll send your full data within 30 days.
Is my voice data really not stored?
Correct. Audio is transcribed and immediately discarded — it never lands in our database. Only the transcript text is stored. Read the full details in our privacy policy.
The app is asking for microphone permission. Why?
CEO Mind is a voice journal — recording is the entire feature set. The mic is only accessed while you're actively recording a session.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), not by us. To cancel:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → CEO Mind → Cancel.
- Android:Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → CEO Mind → Cancel.
